Yes, you can, when you pop in for your appointment we will discuss your skin type and whether you have any sensitivities. After doing so, we can then go through which facial will be most beneficial to you.

Do not be alarmed if you experience some redness in the face after having a facial, especially if you have had a form of exfoliation on the face. The redness you do experience will only be visible for a short period of time, and will shortly disappear after your facial.

Regular facials are good for the skin, while some people may think it as more of a pampering and luxury treatment, it is actually designed to increase circulation and stimulate the skin. Many of our facials also slow down the signs of premature ageing on the skin and can also drastically improve redness or rosacea in the skin.

Some people may see results straight away such as the glowing skin and softness, in most cases your skin will feel different straight away. The skin will often feel much more hydrated and will be noticeably healthier as soon as your facial has finished.

If you have had an ageing treatment, then your results may not be immediate and may come through a couple of days later. As skin health continues to improve you will visibly be able to see this in the skin such as plumpness and wrinkles.

As you will want to make the most out of the treatment time, it is always a good idea to make sure you are prepared by removing all makeup and ensuring your hair is away from your face. If you are heading off out after your appointment, you can bring your makeup with you to reapply. However, we would recommend leaving your skin to breath for a couple of hours after your appointment.

Facials are great for those who are pregnant; your skin is often a little more prone to either breakouts, dryness or sensitivity during your pregnancy due to hormone changes. A facial is a great way of helping to alleviate any symptoms you may be experiencing to your skin.
